Proficient in Quick Books a must, which includes verifying payroll for payroll company, accounts receivable, accounts payable and running reports. You must be detailed with strong follow through. Able to multi task, dependable, excellent communication and phone etiquette with a positive outlook. Construction background helpful but not required, Bilingual a plus. Room for growth.
